Rainbow Trust is a charity that or provides emotional and practical support to families who have a child with a life threatening or terminal illness. More information about this fantastic charity can be found HERE.

Paul Benney will be unveiling a new series of work in the show ‘Metaphysical‘ at the Mimmo Scognamiglio Artecontemporanea Gallery in Milan, Italy.
The show, curated by James Putnam, will open on September 16th, 2014.  The show also features work from artists Rina Banerjee, Adam Fuss , Michael Joo, Jason Martin, Chiharu Shiota and Kiki Smith.

Speaking In Tongues, the major new work by Paul Benney, will be included in the exhibition ‘Out of our Heads’, curated by James Putnam and Vassiliki Tzanakou at Shoreditch Town Hall in London from June 13th to June 29th, 2014.

‘Out of our Heads’ charts the boundaries of contemporary human perception and will include works by Mat Collishaw, Paul Fryer, Conrad Shawcross, Tim Shaw, and Jessica Bugg as well as talks by prominent scientists from a variety of disciplines including neuroscience, psychiatry and philosophy.

One of Paul’s works, ‘Time after Time’, will be on show at Mall Galleries between the 16 – 21 June, 2014 as part of a fundraising effort for the fantastic charity The Art Room.

We hope you can make in to the Mall Galleries to see some of the fantastic donations and potentially contribute to a great cause.

We’re happy to announce that Paul’s Portrait of friend Fergus Henderson has been selected to appear in this years BP Portrait Awards at the National Portrait Gallery, London.

The work will be on public view for the first time from June 26 through to September 24, 2014. Admission is Free.

Benney Studios is proud to announce its participation in the Globe Theatre’s fundraising efforts to benefit the Sam Wanamaker Playhouse. We have donated a bespoke oil portrait sketch where the winner or their nominee will be be invited to sit for Paul in his studio at Somerset House and have lunch with the artist.

The auction will be held on Thursday October 17th 2013 at the Globe Theatre.
