The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by Benney Studios / The Benney Arts Foundation, London, ordered from the website at www.paulbenney.com. By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
You must be 16 years of age or older to order from the website and by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this.
Benney Studios / The Benney Arts Foundation reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.
These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.
Benney Studios / The Benney Arts Foundation uses Paypal as their online purchasing system.
Benney Studios / The Benney Arts Foundation accepts payment by any of the credit cards shown as acceptable on the website at the time of purchase.
Publications will be sent by registered mail. Benney Studios / The Benney Arts Foundation will endeavour to deliver publications within 7 days of receiving your payment unless otherwise stated on the website, or advised by email.
Delivery of publications to you will be considered to have occurred once the publication is placed with Royal Mail, or any other service we may use.
If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of couriered goods, Benney Studios / The Benney Arts
Foundation cannot accept responsibility for large goods that are returned to the post office and remain uncollected.
A signature will be required on delivery for couriered and special delivery purchases. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you.
Benney Studios / The Benney Arts Foundation is not liable for any loss or damage suffered through the unavoidable delay in delivery of an order.
Benney Studios / The Benney Arts Foundation is not liable for any loss or damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.
Once an edition is in your possession you may not publish or submit for publication or reproduction any image to any third party including the internet for any purpose without written consent as also stated at the back of the book.

Paypal allows us to safely process your credit card payments and complete the financial transactions as securely as possible.
